What are Projects on Rella?

When managing batches of content, it’s essential to keep everything organized. With Projects on Rella, you can group posts into folders within a Social Space, allowing you to filter content and stay on top of your workflow. Whether you're handling content for multiple clients, overseeing campaigns, or streamlining content pillars, Projects make it easy to manage everything in one place. The flexibility of Projects ensures that your team can create a workflow that matches your specific needs.

Each Project can manage its own board view, calendar, and media library. You can share an entire Project to receive feedback and approvals from clients.

How to Create Projects

  1. Navigate to the Menu on Rella and click "Create Project" within a Social Space.

  2. You can edit the Project name at any time by clicking the More Options (...) button.

Once a Project is created, you can add content, manage the board view, schedule posts on the calendar, and store all necessary assets in the media library.

What can I manage within a Project?

Each Project can manage its own board view, calendar, and media library.

How many Projects can I add on Rella?

You can create unlimited Projects with your Rella subscription. No matter how many clients, campaigns, or content types you're working with, there’s no extra cost for adding additional Projects.

How can I share a Project with clients?

Click Share in the top-right corner on the Project or Social Space level. This allows you to send a link to your client for them to access the entire Project to review and provide feedback without needing to log in.
