How to Share Content
Share Individual Posts
Go to a post and click “Share” in the top right. Under “Access” select “Anyone with the link” can “View.” If you’d like to set a deadline to receive feedback add a date under “Link Expiration.” Copy and share the link. Anyone accessing the link will be to view the content, update statuses, and leave comments.
Share Projects
On the Social Space level click “Share” in the top right. Go to a Project and select “Manage". Under “Access” select “Anyone with the link” can “View.” Copy and share the link. Anyone accessing the link will be able to view the content, update statuses, and leave comments.
Sharing Content FAQs
Do clients need to have an account?
Clients or collaborators do not need to create a Rella account to view content, update statuses, and leave comments. If you’re looking to grant access to edit content you’ll need to invite a member to your Social Space.
Can clients view internal comments?
Clients can only view the comments they add to a posts. They will not receiving viewing access to internal team comments.
