How to Use Rella

  • Content Planning: Create and schedule content, add notes, upload files, and preview Instagram feed.

  • Project Management: Organize and streamline content with board views, Social Spaces, Projects, and tasks.

  • Collaboration: Add members, share content to request assets and approvals (no login required to access), communicate with comments, update content statuses, and view activity log.


Social Spaces & Projects

Rella allows you to create Social Spaces to manage multiple accounts. Each Social Space can link to its own set of social accounts and includes a board view, content calendar, and Instagram feed. For additional organization, you can use Projects to group content into folders and add media within each Social Space.


Content Views

Calendar: View scheduled and unscheduled content, drag/drop content to adjust dates, keep track of tasks, and switch between month, week, day, and list views.

Board: Preview post details, streamline content with statuses, and drag/drop content between statuses to update post progress.

Media: Batch upload content within Projects and attach media to a posts

Feed: Preview your Instagram feed and drag/drop to reorder content.


Create Content

  • Assignees, Statuses, & Projects: Assign members to collaborate, switch between statuses to update progress, and group content into folders with Projects.

  • Platforms & Post Options: Schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Auto post content for Instagram Posts, Instagram Reels, TikTok Photos, TikTok Videos, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Files, Tasks, & Notes: Upload supporting images, videos, audio, and documents. Add Tasks and attach important deadlines. Use Notes to brainstorm, document content related details, and reference links.


Share Content

  • Share Posts & Projects: Share a link to an individual post or a batch of posts. Choose who can access your post, what permissions they have, and how long the shared link is available for.

  • Members & Guests: When you invite a member they will have access to manage the entire Social Space- add projects, update board, manage content calendar, create posts, upload to the media gallery, and preview feed. Guest can view and comment on shared posts without creating an account.

  • Notifications & Activity Log: Get notifications within the app (and through email if enabled) when: someone tags you in a comment, it's time to post scheduled content, content has been auto posted, or when tasks are due. View important edits, add comments, and @ members with the Activity Log.
